King Frederik and Queen Mary visit Germany - Day 1
On Monday, King Frederik and Queen Mary started a two-day official visit to Germany, their first official visit to the country since their accession.
King Frederik and Queen Mary were officially welcomed by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and his wife, Ms. Elke Büdenbender at Schloss Bellevue.
King Frederik and Queen Mary signed the guest book and took part in a private meeting with the Presidential Couple.
Afterward, King Frederik and Queen Mary met with the President of the Bundestag, Bärbel Bas, and took part in a tour of the Reichstag. The visit concluded on the roof terrace of the Reichstag with a view over Berlin. Later in the day, King Frederik and Queen Mary joined other Scandinavian royals at the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Nordic Embassy complex in Berlin.
Queen Mary wore a repeated blue coat with her Jesper Høvring blouse and her Emilia Wickstead skirt. She paired the outfit with her Prada pumps and her Prada clutch. She wore a new draped silk headband by Katrin Cecilia Jacobsen as well as her Rebekka Notkin earrings and her Rebekka Notkin ring.
When arriving in Berlin, Queen Mary was already wearing her Jesper Høvring blouse and Katrin Cecilia Jacobsen headband, paired with a repeated black coat, black trousers, and ber Ralph Lauren bag.
