Queen Mathilde attends United Nations General Assembly - Day 2
On Monday, Queen Mathilde spent her second day in New York as she’s attending the Sustainable Development Goals Summit during the 78th United Nations General Assembly. She first attended the inaugural session of the Sustainable Development Goals Summit.
She then attended the "Women Rise for All" lunch organized by the UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J Mohammed before taking part in the "Group of Friends of Decent Work" working meeting at Belgium's Permanent Representation in New York.
In the evening, Queen Mathilde attended a dinner hosted by the American branch of the King Baudouin Foundation. Queen Mathilde is Honorary President of the King Baudouin Foundation.
