Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visit Örebro County
Today, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited Örebro County to learn more about their handling of the pandemic.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel first attended a meeting at Örebro Castle together with representatives from the county administrative board, the region, and the business community to discuss how the pandemic has affected businesses and residents.
Afterward, the Crown Princess Couple the vaccination center Boglundsängen to learn about the County’s vaccination efforts.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel then visited Behrn Arena where they met with representatives from Örebro hockey, the Swedish Sports Confederation and SISU sports educators, the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, Lerbäck's theater, and the Spångberg's choir to hear about how the pandemic affected sports, culture, and association life.
In the afternoon, the Crown Princess couple visited the City Mission's food center. The food center works with grocery stores to distribute food bags to those who need them while fighting against food waste. The need for these food bags increased during the pandemic.
Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel ended their day at the Tullängsgymnasiet, which is a national high school for the deaf and hard of hearing, where they met staff and students to hear about their experience with remote learning during the pandemic.
Crown Princess Victoria wore a new Andiata pantsuit with new Marzio ankle boots and her Saint Laurent bag. She paired the outfit with hoop earrings, her Luc of Sweden necklace, her Epoch watch, and her usual stack of bracelets.
