King Felipe and Queen Letizia attend the opening of the "Delibes" exhibition

Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the opening of the "Delibes" exhibition at the National Library of Spain in Madrid. The exhibition commemorates the centenary of Miguel Delibes’ birth and collects biographical aspects of the writer less known since his childhood as well as details of his work.

The exhibition consists of more than 250 works including printed books, original manuscripts of the main works of the writer, as well as his correspondence with other authors, first editions of his books, personal objects, photographs, or portraits. After their visit to the exhibition, King Felipe and Queen Letizia met the children of Miguel Delibes.

Queen Letizia wore her petrol blue Bottega Veneta dress with her Carolina Herrera black slingback pumps and her Nina Ricci black clutch. She also wore her Karen Hallam gold ring.
