On Monday, King Frederik and Queen Mary hosted their first annual New Year Reception. They first hosted a reception for Justices of the Supreme Court and the officer corps of the Royal Life Guard and the Guard Hussar Regiment at Christian VII's Palace.

Afterward, King Frederik and Queen Mary hosted a reception for chiefs of mission of the diplomatic corps and their spouses as well as side-accredited ambassadors and their spouses at Christiansborg Palace.

Queen Mary wore her Teri Jon by Rickie Freeman gown with a white turtleneck, repeated pumps, and a repeated clutch. She paired the outfit with the Antique Diamond earrings and Queen Lovisa’s Bracelet.
