Danish State Visit to Sweden - Day 1
On Monday, King Frederik and Queen Mary started a two-day State Visit to Sweden. They were welcomed by Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel and both couples then travelled in the royal sloop Vasaorden to Skeppsbron.

Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar had handmade Danish flags for their guests. King Frederik is a godfather of Prince Oscar and Queen Mary is a godmother of Princess Estelle.

Upon arrival at the Royal Castle, King Frederik and Queen Mary were officially welcomed by King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia.
King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia then hosted a lunch for their guests with the Crown Princess Couple and their children as well as the Prince Couple in attendance.

In the afternoon, King Frederik and Queen Mary met with the Speaker of the Riksdag as well as the Swedish Prime Minister.
Afterward, King Frederik and Queen Mary were joined by King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia at the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology where they met the Swedish astronauts Christer Fuglesang and Marcus Wandt, as well as the Danish astronaut Andreas Mogensen.
In the evening, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia hosted a gala dinner in honor of King Frederik and Queen Mary.

Queen Mary wore her Mark Kenly Domino Tan dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps, her Quidam clutch, and a Jane Taylor hat. She also wore her Bruun Rasmussen earrings, her Halberstadt and Julie Sandlau necklaces, bracelets by Ole Lynggaard and Dulong, as well as Ole Lynggaard rings. Later in the day, she wore her Ellen Hunter hair comb.
Queen Silvia wore her Maknam suit with her Loewe bag and her usual bracelets.
Crown Princess Victoria wore a Christer Lindarw outfit with a matching hat, her Gianvito Rossi pumps, and an Abro clutch. She paired the outfit with Handsome Stockholm gloves and her Luc of Sweden necklace.
Princess Estelle wore a By Malina dress and a Christer Lindarw hair pin.
Princess Sofia wore a Veronica Virta dress.
In the evening, Queen Mary wore a reworked Jesper Høvring gown with Gianvito Rossi pumps and a repeated clutch. She paired the outfit with the Ruby Parure.

Queen Silvia wore her Georg et Arend top and skirt, her Salvatore Ferragamo bag, and the Leuchtenberg Sapphire Tiara.
