On Friday, Princess Astrid concluded her economic mission to Brazil in Rio de Janeiro. She first attended a success stories breakfast meeting before visiting the Castelo Mourisco.

Afterward, Princess Astrid attended a seminar on the future of epidemics and the future of vaccines and the presentation of the agreement signed between Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz and Quantoom Biosciences.

She then toured the AB InBev Center for Innovation and Technology Brazil.

In the afternoon, Princess Astrid visited GSK Brazil to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the collaboration between Belgium and Brazil on vaccines.

Princess Astrid also met with Eduardo Paes, City Mayor of Rio de Janeiro, at the Palácio da Cidade.

Princess Astrid concluded her trip at a Belgian-Brazilian gaming networking event at the Palácio da Cidade.

Princess Astrid wore a Mary Katrantzou jacket with her Gucci green lace skirt, her Dolce & Gabbana bag, and silver pumps. Later in the day, she changed into her Pretty Ballerinas flats.
