Princess Astrid's Economic Mission to Senegal - Day 2
On Monday, Princess Astrid officially started her economic mission to Senegal with the Belgian delegation. She first attended the opening session of the business forum.
Afterward, Princess Astrid participated in the “PEM WECCO’ initiative : connecting Belgian and Senegalese SMEs and ecosystems” seminar.
Princess Astrid then attended a ceremony marking the signing of the G3 + 1 cooperation agreement. The G3 universities (Brussels, Geneva, and Montreal) will collaborate with the Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar to implement joint teaching and research projects as well as academic and cultural research and activities.
Princess Astrid concluded her day with meetings with Prime Minister Amadou Ba and President Macky Sall before attending a dinner hosted by the President.
Princess Astrid first wore her Paule Ka dress with her Essentiel Antwerp shoes, her Dries Van Noten clutch, and an Essentiel Antwerp brooch.
Princess Astrid then wore a Dries Van Noten coat with a purple blouse, Essentiel Antwerp trousers, and her Gucci bag.
