Swedish Royal Family attends 'Vasa to Bernadotte' Jubilee Exhibition opening
On Friday, the Swedish Royal Family attended the opening of the ‘Vasa to Bernadotte - Culture in the service of the kingdom’ exhibition at the Royal Castle.
The exhibition was created as part of the festivities for the King’s Jubilee. It is an exposé on Sweden's history with culturally and historically important objects from the royal collections and other museums. It notably features the Cameo Tiara.
Prior to the exhibition opening, the Royal Couple, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Carl-Philip, and Princess Sofia hosted a lunch for members of the former Swedish government at the Royal Castle.
