Crown Princess Mary and her family open "HRH Crown Princess Mary 1972 - 2022" exhibition
As Crown Princess Mary will turn 50 on Saturday, she officially opened the "HRH Crown Princess Mary 1972 - 2022" exhibition at the National History Museum on Thursday. She was joined by Crown Prince Frederik, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent, and Princess Josephine.
During the event, Crown Princess Mary also unveiled a new portrait of her. It was made by Spanish-born artist Jesús Herrera Martínez. It shows Crown Princess Mary in her office and it features elements from the office as well as fictional symbols that refer to her Australian background.
The family then toured the exhibition which tells the story of Crown Princess Mary through portraits, outfits, and personal objects.
Crown Princess Mary wore a new Ole Yde outfit with Prada pumps and her Quidam clutch. She paired the outfit with her Ole Lynggaard earrings, Ole Lynggaard brooch, and Cartier bracelet.
Princess Isabella wore a black blazer with a Ba&Sh dress, her Billi Bi ankle boots, and her Prada bag. She also wore a Maria Black ring (with thanks to Billed Bladet) and a Maanesten ring.
Princess Josephine wore a Sandro dress which was first worn by her sister in 2018 with an & Other Stories bag and repeated ankle boots. She also wore rings by Maanesten, Jane Kønig, and Maria Black (with thanks to Billed-Bladet).
