Queen Letizia attends events with the Foundation for Help Against Drug Addiction
Today, Queen Letizia attended two events as the Honorary President of the Foundation for Help Against Drug Addiction (FAD) at the Google Campus in Madrid.
She first attended the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. The Foundation aims to “promote the personal and social development of adolescents and young people through education in positive attitudes and the prevention of social risk behaviors, among which is drug use.”
Afterward, Queen Letizia took part in the "(In)form yourself: critical thinking and media literacy" event. The project was organized by Google and FAD and has trained more than 32,000 adolescents against misinformation in media literacy and critical thinking.
Queen Letizia presented the “ InfoInfluencers ” awards which aimed to encourage and reward the production of quality informative content in different formats by young people, after having learned more on misinformation and how to detect fake news.
Queen Letizia wore her Bimba y Lola pantsuit with her Hugo Boss black sweater. She paired the outfit with her Magrit pumps and Nina Ricci bag. She also wore her gold hoop earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
