Today, Queen Maxima officially opened a new 3D-printed bridge in Amsterdam. The new pedestrian bridge has smart sensors and can measure traffic flows, crowds, air quality, and temperature, among other things. The bridge has a futuristic design, with shiny steel waves measuring 12.2 meters long, 6.3 meters wide, and weighing 6,000 kilos.

After opening the bridge with the help of a robot, Queen Maxima talked with the designers of the bridge and local residents.

Queen Maxima wore her Natan ‘Morgan’ dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and a Natan bag. She also wore her Dinh Van bracelet and her Fabienne Delvigne hat.
