Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel meet representatives from Swedish municipalities

Today, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended more digital meetings with representatives from Swedish municipalities, including the municipalities of Nacka.

During their meeting with the Nacka representative, the Crown Princess couple discussed the way the municipality handled the pandemic but also their current urban development project which aims to provide new housing while preserving the municipality’s nature.

During their meeting with a representative of the municipality of Kristinehamns, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel heard more about the challenges faced by associations because of the pandemic.

The couple also had a meeting with a representative of the municipality of Bengtsfors during which they heard about Campus Dalsland, among other things. The representative joked that while the royal family had a Duke of Värmland (Prince Carl-Philip) and a Duchess of Västergötland (Crown Princess Victoria), the royal family currently doesn’t have any representative for the Duchy of Dalsland, which is located between Värmland and Västergötland. Victoria laughed and replied that there will be no additional duke or duchess on their part, but that they will carry the wish within the family.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her Cleo boucle jacket from Swedish brand Mayla for this day of meetings.
