Queen Maxima also paid a digital working visit to the Elance Academy which is a coaching academy for girls and young women to help them make the right choice of school, develop a clear future perspective, and expand their network. The coaches are female role-models.

During her visit, Queen Maxima had the opportunity to talk with coaches and participants about the coaching programs. She also talked with the founder of the Academy Aytun Aydin.
