Queen Letizia opens new Cervantes Institute Headquarters in Senegal

Today, Queen Letizia was in Senegal for a short visit as she opened the new headquarters of the Cervantes Institute in Dakar.

Queen Letizia arrived in Senegal on Sunday evening and she was welcomed by the First Lady of Senegal.

This morning, she attended the opening ceremony for the new headquarters. The ceremony included speeches, musical performances, and a discussion on the presence and growing interest in Spanish in the country.

Afterward, she toured the facilities and discovered the multimedia classroom, the exhibition "Ilustradas", and the library. She also signed the guest book.

Queen Letizia’s visit to Senegal ended at the Presidential Palace as the President and First Lady of Senegal offered a lunch in her honor.

On Sunday evening, Queen Letizia wore a navy suit with her Magrit pumps, Gold & Roses earrings, and Karen Hallam ring.

On Monday, Queen Letizia wore her Adolfo Dominguez dress with her Lodi light pink pumps. She also wore her Gold & Roses earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
