King Felipe and Queen Letizia commemorate the 75th anniversary of EMT Madrid
Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia marked the 75th anniversary of EMT Madrid, the Municipal Transport Company of Madrid.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia first traveled on a bus on Line 001 and stayed on for its usual route. During the drive, they met with regular users and took photos with them.
After the last stop, the bus took them to the EMT Operations Center in Carabanchel where they learned more about how EMT is managed and they also visited the workshops.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia also saw an exhibition of historic buses and heard more about how they were maintained.
They also met the workers and managers of the transport company and took photos with them.
Queen Letizia wore her Carolina Herrera black coat with her Massimo Dutti blue dress and new Mango boots. She paired the outfit with her Gold & Roses earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
