British Royal Family attends Remembrance Sunday
Today, members of the British Royal Family attended the Remembrance Sunday ceremony at the Cenotaph. The Queen didn’t attend as Buckingham Palace announced she sprained her back.
At 11 am, a two-minute silence was observed to pay tribute. The Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge, the Princess Royal, and the Earl of Wessex laid wreaths while other members of the royal family watched from the balconies of the Foreign Office.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Alexander McQueen coat with her Lock & Co hat, a Poppy Shop brooch, and Diana’s earrings. It seems she also wore Cornelia James gloves (with thanks to @KateMiddStyle).
The Countess of Wessex wore her Prada jacket with her Jane Taylor hat, her G.Collins and Sons earrings, and her Poppy Shop brooch.
Lest we forget.
