Regal Review: Luxembourg National Day Celebrations in 2015 - Day 1
Tomorrow is Luxembourg’s National Day as well as the official celebration of Grand Duke Henri’s birthday. While the National Day will not be celebrated with the usual ceremonies because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking a look back at the 2015 Celebrations in our Regal Review series.
On June 22nd, 2015, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa made their annual visit to a city in Luxembourg, this time it was Mondorf-les-Bains.
Meanwhile, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie made their annual visit to Esch-sur-Alzette.
In the evening, the Grand Ducal couple and the Hereditary Grand Ducal Couple were joined by Prince Félix, Princess Claire, Prince Louis, Princess Tessy, Prince Sébastien and Princess Alexandra to attend the annual torchlight parade on the eve of National Day.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a blue bespoke Armani Privé top with black trousers and black pumps.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie wore a Natan coat with a Natan blue dress with Natan snakeskin pumps and a matching clutch.
Princess Claire wore a white top and white jacket with orange trousers. She carried an Anya Hindmarch clutch and she wore Kenneth Jay Lane earrings.
