The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge end their Ireland visit in Galway
Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge ended their official visit in Ireland with several events in Galway
Their first event was at Tribeton to celebrate Galway as the 2020 European Capital of Culture where they met young performers, young people, and volunteers.
Afterward, they visited Tig Coili, a family-owned pub in Galway where they met with volunteers who aim to promote the city and its people. They also did a short walkabout.
To end their official visit, they attended a sporting event at a local Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club where they had the opportunity to learn more about traditional sports which are popular across Ireland, including hurling and Gaelic football.
For the first events, Kate wore her bespoke green Alexander McQueen long coat with a bespoke Suzannah dress and a black Sézane belt. She paired the outfit with her Ralph Lauren boots and a new bag by Jimmy Choo. She wore the same Daniella Draper earrings as yesterday and debuted the matching shamrock necklace from the brand.
For the last event of the day, Kate changed into a coral jumper by Really Wild with black jeans and her New Balance sneakers. She kept the same jewellery as earlier in the day.
