UPDATED: Norwegian Royal Family attend Nobel Peace Prize events

Today, the Norwegian royal family is attending Nobel Peace Prize events in Oslo.

In the morning, Crown Prince Haakon attended the Save the Children peace prize party at the Nobel Peace Center. At noon, he joined King Harald, Queen Sonja and Crown Princess Mette-Marit at the Royal Palace as King Harald granted an audience to this year’s Nobel Peace Prize winner Abiy Ahmed Ali, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia.

Following the audience, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony at Oslo’s City Hall.

In the evening, the family attended a gala dinner at the Grand Hotel.

Queen Sonja repeated her Emilio Pucci red and black outfit with a repeated black sparkly hat and her Salvatore Ferragamo black suede bag. Sonja previously wore this Pucci outfit at the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony in 2013.

For the audience and the ceremony, Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore a fully repeated outfit. She chose her Valentino white coat (previously worn to the same event in 2009 and 2014) with her Prada gold headband and Christian Louboutin nude pumps. Her nude clutch is also a repeat.

In the evening, Queen Sonja wore a red midi dress with silver accessories. It looks like she wore a bespoke version of this Dundas red lace gown. Peter Dundas is a Norwegian designer and the Pucci outfit she wore earlier in the day was also designed by Dundas while he was working at Emilio Pucci.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore a bespoke gown by Norwegian actress and designer Pia Tjlelta with the same Christian Louboutin as earlier in the day.
